Deats: miso glazed tempeh (recipe on recipe forum) + avo + spiralized radish & cucumber + hemp seeds + kraut + yellow bell pepper + red chili flakes

 

 

 

Spiralized Rainbow Bowl:

DEATS: Spiralized watermelon radish, carrots, cucumber + red cabbage + cilantro + avocado rose + hemp seeds on a bed of spinach & collard greens.

Omega-3 Rich Protein Bowl

DEATS: Bed of arugula + red cabbage kraut + curried broccoli, cauliflower, & boy choy + 6-minute boiled egg + wild-caught salmon.
